Welcome to Procurement Jobs Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Platform”). Procurement Jobs Australia is an independent, community-run job board that lists procurement-related roles and links users to external employer websites or application processes.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

Procurement Jobs Australia provides a platform for viewing job listings related to procurement, sourcing, contracts, and commercial roles.

The Platform:

  • lists job opportunities submitted by employers or sourced from publicly available information; and
  • provides links that redirect users to employer websites, email addresses, or application systems.

We do not act as a recruitment agency, employer, or hiring intermediary.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for individuals aged 18 years and over.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts and access

You may be able to access certain features of the Platform without creating an account.

If you choose to create an account or subscribe to alerts, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and current information; and
  • keep your account details secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Job listings

Employers or third parties may submit job listings to the Platform.

By posting or submitting a job listing, you represent that:

  • the information provided is accurate and lawful;
  • the role is genuine; and
  • the listing complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

We do not independently verify job listings and do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or availability.

5. Job applications

Procurement Jobs Australia does not process or manage job applications.

When you click an “Apply” link:

  • you are redirected to an external website, email address, or application system operated by the employer or a third party; and
  • any information you provide is collected directly by that employer or third party, not by us.

We are not responsible for:

  • employer hiring decisions;
  • application outcomes;
  • the content, security, or privacy practices of external websites.

Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before applying for any role.

6. User conduct

You agree not to use the Platform in any way that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful.

You must not:

  • post false, deceptive, or fraudulent job listings;
  • misuse the Platform to spam, harass, or impersonate others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems;
  • use automated tools (including bots or scrapers) to access the Platform without permission;
  • interfere with the normal operation or security of the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access where these Terms are breached.

7. User content

Where the Platform allows users to submit content (such as job listings or comments), you retain ownership of your content.

By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and publish that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

We do not collect or store resumes, CVs, cover letters, or application materials.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

9. Platform availability

We aim to keep the Platform available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
  • we make no warranties regarding job listings, employment outcomes, or employer conduct;
  • use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including reliance on job listings or links to external sites.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • your misuse of the Platform; or
  • your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page, and the effective date will be updated.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
